You can return any full price item within 7 days of receipt for a refund. We will refund the price you purchased your item at.
Please note that items must be returned within 7 working days in an unworn, unused, unmarked condition in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
Sale items can only be refunded/exchanged if less than 50% is off the original price. Any items with 50% or more off original price can't be refunded/exhanged.

We highly recommend using a tracked service so you can track the whereabouts of your return. Style Rack cannot be held responsible for the loss of your return.
Return Conditions:
Please be careful when trying on your items! We cannot accept returns on soiled items. Ensure all tags are intact and the item is returned to Style Rack in its original condition. All goods will be inspected on return.
Unfortunately, any returns which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be refunded. The goods are your responsibility until they reach Style Rack, so please make sure it’s packed up properly and can not get damaged on the way!
We can't issue a refund until we have received your item, so again we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Postage costs are non-refundable.
Please allow the Style Rack team 14 working days to process your return & refund after it has reached our premises.
Please ensure that you check your Paypal account to make sure that your address is correct. Style Rack are not responsible for packages getting sent to the wrong/old address.
